Quinton Aaron is an American Actor born on August 15, 1984. He had his feature film debut in Michel Gondry’s Be Kind Rewind. In 2009 movie The Blind Side, he played Michael Oher in his first leading role.

Quinton Aaron was born to Laura Aaron and an unidentified father in The Bronx, New York City. He moved to Augusta, Georgia after rounding up Elementary School.The actor essentially grew up in the church after being baptized at the age of nine. He sang in the church choir as well.
When he was little, he experienced bullying. When he was only six years old in 1990, he had his first incident of bullying. The actor alleges he was ridiculed throughout elementary school and even in physical education class because he preferred music and theater to sports, wore spectacles, and had crooked teeth.
Since he was a young child, Aaron had expressed an interest in acting and apparently informed his mother that he intended to become the first black “James Bond.”

Quinton Aaron’s Career
In Michel Gondry’s Be Kind Rewind, which also features Mos Def and Jack Black, Aaron makes his acting debut as Q. Together with Al Thompson (Liberty Kid, A Walk to Remember), he co-starred in Jason Sokoloff’s NYU thesis short Mr. Brooklyn.
Aaron has made two appearances on the television program Law & Order (Season 17, episode “Bling” as a bodyguard and episode “Fallout” as a bouncer and episode s11e17 “Disabled”).

Alongside Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw, he played Michael Oher in The Blind Side, which was released on November 20, 2009. The Blind Side: Evolution of a Game, written by Michael Lewis in 2006 and featuring Oher’s true narrative, served as the basis for the director of the movie John Lee Hancock. Aaron’s mother learned about the casting call online and encouraged him to try out for the part. He was transported to Los Angeles after being selected as a finalist.
Aaron appeared as a guest alongside Jill Scott on an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit on March 24, 2010. On April 28, 2010, Quinton appeared as a special guest on Mercy’s episode “We All Saw This Coming”.
