Iyabo Ojo’s Career
She has acted in more than 150 movies and made more than 14 of them herself. Iyabo Ojo started her acting career in 1998 after participating in a theatre club in secondary school. With the assistance of Bimbo Akintola, she became a member of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) and was able to network with other actors.
Ojo has written the scripts for and appeared in many Nigerian movies. Her debut appearance was in many Nigerian movies. Her debut appearance was in the English-language movie Satanic from 1998. She debuted in the Yoruba language in 2002 with Baba Darijinwon. Her movie Silence, starring Joseph Benjamin Alex Usifo, Fathia Balogun, and Doris Simeon, had its world premiere at the Silverbird Cinemas in Ikeja, Lagos, in January 2015.
